By creating an account or using Counseling in Space, you agree to these terms. They’re written to be read, so please read them.
What Counseling in Space is
An independent study platform for the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC). NCMHCE is a trademark of its owner.
Your account
Your account is for you alone. Keep your password private, give us accurate information, and let us know if you think someone else has used your account.
Using the content
Our case studies, questions, rationales, lessons and designs are original work owned by Counseling in Space. You may use them for your own exam preparation. Please don’t copy, share, resell or publish them, share your login, or use automated tools to extract them.
What it isn’t
Counseling in Space is educational. It isn’t clinical supervision, legal advice or a substitute for your training, and case studies are fictional. Follow your licensing board, supervisor and the law in your own practice.
Scores and outcomes
Practice scores, readiness estimates and pass signals are estimates to guide your studying. They don’t predict or guarantee your result on the NCMHCE.
Plans and billing
Our plans and prices are listed on the pricing page. Weekly subscriptions renew at $29 every week, monthly subscriptions at $79 every month, and three-month subscriptions at $199 every three calendar months until canceled. Cancel before your next renewal through Manage subscription in your account to stop future charges. Access continues through the paid billing period.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, such as by sharing logins or copying content.
Limits of liability
We work hard to keep the content accurate and the service available, but we provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before a claim.
Changes and contact
If we make meaningful changes to these terms, we’ll update the date above and tell account holders before the changes apply. Questions? Write to email to confirm.
